How long will it take for me to receive my items?

For non custom items please allow up to 12 business days to process your order. We will try to get your order out as quick as possible. Our custom embroidered clothing is made to order. For this reason, please allow for 2-5 weeks to process your order. Once your order is processed we do our best to ship the next business day. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Priority is 1-3 business days. Please ensure to enter the correct address to the entirety at check out. Use the correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable.) Estilo Dorado LLC does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer returns at this time. All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at estilodoradollc@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
I want to edit or cancel my order
We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! Unfortunately, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to:
Billing or shipping address update
Addition or removal of items
Change in color/size of items
Addition or removal of a discount code
Order cancellation request
Shipping method change

Please keep in mind that Estilo Dorado LLC reserves the right to cancel your order at any time. We will do our best to attempt contact you in the scenario that a photo can not be viewed on our end and therefore we are unable to complete the order. We will also attempt contact in the scenario that a thread or color is not chosen and/or that you do not select the correct add-ons at time of checkout. Ex: there are five people in your photo but you did not select the 5-6 people add-on option. However, if contact fails then we reserve the right to refund your order with an exception of a $15 handling fee. In the scenario that you pick an add-on but do not specify what you would like the text to say, we will attempt contact to the best of our ability before omitting the add-on. We reserve the right to make substitutions for products that may be out of stock. Again, customer satisfaction is our priority so we wish to make your order to your satisfaction. Since these items are customized, please be open to communication from us to ensure that we meet your vision satisfaction to the best of our ability.
If your package is lost or missing, you must wait to contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date of your order to file a claim.
Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.
